We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. the location is perfect, situated in one of China's metropolitan areas, and very close to the metro stop which made it easy to get around. the F&B outlets, especially the Atrium restaurant, served delicious food. the room was spacious and well-equipped, the bathroom was clean and had thick towels, and the service was impeccable. the breakfast buffet had lots of options and a good coffee machine. the facilities like the gym and pool were large and clean, and the Xi Lounge had a nice outdoor terrace.
The hotel could improve on the quality of the shower and bathroom doors in the room.

Presidential palace was located in the near vicinity. I strongly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return there. Just a walk down to Bellagio Cafe, where you can have lunch...

The hotel is beautifully designed with comfortable and well-maintained rooms. The gym and pool area were great, offering plenty of space and equipment. The location is great, with easy access to public transport and some great local restaurants. Christmas decorations throughout the hotel were a festive touch, creating a cozy atmosphere.
Staff were often dismissive and inattentive to guests’ needs, leading to some uncomfortable interactions. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for what it was, with limited options and slow service.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed with the exclusive amenities and attentive service. the indoor swimming pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere and top, quality facilities. Our room was spacious and well, appointed, boasting exclusive advantages such as a lavish bathroom and comfortable bedding. the hotel's restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a range of delicious options, and the private facilities were a wonderful touch.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the service at check, in, which was slower than expected. this was quickly resolved by the obliging staff.

The location is great for romantic walks. the room was spacious and had a good view of the city. the hotel offered a nice spa treatment package for couples.
The service was terrible. Staff seemed uninterested in helping us with our needs.

Cosy ambient, extra large room and bed, helpful and obliging staff, convenient location for travel and sightseeing, enjoyable Executive Lounge.
